Wedding Prices
We would be privileged if we were commissioned to provide a record of your special day. Whether you wish a formal or more informal or candid approach to wedding photography, we are skilled at doing our job but also being sensitive to your needs. As Associates of the British Institute of Professional Photography, you may be assured of both our integrity and the quality of work. BRONZE PACKAGE
From a minimum of 60 6"x4" photographs you can choose 30 8"x6" photographs, which will be placed into a traditional album of your choice.
Coverage on this package is unlimited and can begin from the brides home on the wedding morning and can last up until the first dance at the reception.

SILVER PACKAGE
From a minimum of 80 6"x4" photographs you can choose 40 8"x6" photographs, which will be placed into a handmade album of your choice.
Coverage on this package is unlimited and can begin from the brides home on the wedding morning and can last up until the first dance at the reception.

GOLD PACKAGE
From a minimum of 100 6"x4" photographs you can choose 50 8"x6" photographs which will be placed into a Elizabethan album of your choice.
Coverage on this package is unlimited and can begin from the brides home on the wedding morning and can last up until the first dance at the reception.

BESPOKE REPORTAGE PACKAGE
100+ photographs will be mounted into a luxury reportage album, using a revolutionary range of compatible overlays with innovative aperture designs. The album will still include the requested family photographs, register signing and cake photograph. In addition to this it will include a complete reportage style coverage of the day. This will begin at the house or hotel suite that the bride resides in on the morning of the wedding and will last up until the first dance at the reception. Complete artistic discretion will be granted to us to produce photographs which vary in size, composition and medium. They will then be mounted into the album in the order of the days events using the latest re-sizing technology.
The same 100+ photographs which will be supplied to you in your finished album will also be supplied to you as 6x4 photographs so that your family and friends can order any reprints/enlargements which they may require. each photograph will be numbered on the back and will be yours to keep.

These packages may serve as a guide but as this is your special day, they can of course be tailored to your individual requirements.
Deposit
The deposit for your wedding photography package will be 20% of the total package price. Cheques should be made payable to Tim Hayes. Please note that the deposit is non returnable in the event of cancellation.
Balance
The balance of your wedding photography package is payable on receipt of your 6"x4" photographs.
Photographs
Your 6"x4" photographs will be ready for you to collect or for us to post approximately 6-10 days after your wedding day. From your 6"x4" photographs which are yours to keep you may choose your photographs for your album.
Wedding Albums
On booking your wedding with us you will receive a range of album brochures. From these you can choose your desired wedding album. However if you would prefer an album which is not part of your package there may be an additional charge. If you cannot decide on your album from the brochures supplied then example albums or cover material swatches can be viewed.
Extra Photographs for your Wedding Album
Extra photographs can be inserted into your wedding album. SEE REPRINT PRICE LIST FOR DETAILS.
Photographs for Friends and Family
Photographs can be ordered from our reprint price list by filling in the relevant boxes. re-prints must be paid for at the time of your order. All payments by post should be made by way of cheque(s) or paypal payable to Tim Hayes. ALL REPRINT ORDERS WILL BE RECEIVED IN 6-10 WORKING DAYS.
Wedding DVD
A DVD of all the 6"x4" wedding photographs that you receive can be purchased for an additional £500. also included for the above price are all the photographs taken at the wedding on DVD format.

Discounts are available for midweek and out of season wedding bookings.
